 1. Is this necessarily to create an account at tohe.vn in order to buy things?

You don’t have to create an account at tohe.vn in order to buy things but we encourage you to create an account at tohe.vn to receive information about Tohe’s product, which is also an opportunity to become our favourite customer with many attractive concessionaries

2. If I forgot my account’s password, how can I sign in again?

In any case you forgot your password, please click on the line “ Forgot your password” and follow the instruction to receive a new password.

3. I want to see the product directly before purchasing, what should I do?

4. I’m currently living aboard, if I want to purchase a product, how can I receive it?

After you have done all the purchase and check out steps on our website, you will receive a confirmation email from us about the purchase. Afterward, we will receive your order and deliver to you though our express delivery to anywhere around the world.

5. Can I use any other delivery service beside tohe.vn’s service?

You can use any other delivery service, you just need to provide us the address of the other delivery service that you want to use.

6. When I buy Tohe’s product, how do I contribute to the disadvantaged children?

With each of your order, we always take 5 % of profits to fund the children that we redesigned their painting on our products as a way to respect the artist copyright and to honor their talent. Beside this, you can donate to Tohe Play fund to maintain and develop the weekly free creative classes for disadvantaged children at here

7. I don’t have any kind of Visa or MasterCard or any kind of card for online payment, how can I buy product at tohe.vn?

If you are in Hanoi, you can make a payment when we deliver your purchase

If you are from other cities or aboard, you can go to the bank and transfer to our account or use Western Union if you are aboard with the receiver information in the section “Order Instruction”

8. After ordering, how long will I receive my order?

After you have done your order, within 24h (except holidays or Tet new years), our sale staffs will contact with you (through email, sms, or mobile phone) to confirm your order, at the same time will let you know if your order is in stock or have to restock a new one.

In case your order is in stock, you will receive your order in 3-5 days if you are in Ha Noi, 7-10 days if you are from other cities and 20-25 days if you are board.

In any case where we have to restock a new one, please kindly count 5 more working days compare to in stock product so we can give you the best product.

9. What should I do if I want to order a huge quantity or become a selling agent of Tohe?

10. I have Tohe discount voucher, how can I get discount when purchasing online?

If you receive a valid Tohe discount voucher (with the stamp and signature from our company representative), please kindly enter your discount code at the“Discount voucher” bar.

If your discount voucher is valid, your bill will be reducing directly.

If your discount voucher is invalid or error, please kindly contact us or come to Tohe closest store so we can confirm your discount voucher.
